Field Note · Pricing Rates start at $250 a night with a three-night minimum — and the rate softens the longer you stay; week-long visits, let’s talk. Holiday weeks and peak fall weekends run higher. We send a clean number with your confirmation — no cleaning surcharge games, no resort fees.
Field Note · Dogs Dogs are case-by-case. If yours is well-mannered, attach a photo and a sentence about them. We say yes more often than not.
Field Note · The Community Nantahala Shores is a gated, rules-led community. Before you write, take a minute with the Good Neighbor notes — 15 MPH, 10 PM quiet, leashed dogs, gate code stays with you. If those don't fit your stay, this isn't the cabin for it.
